Selbach Oster, Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Eiswein Vintage:2016Picked on the 5th of December, the 2016 Zeltinger Himmelreich Riesling Eiswein (AP 14 17) has a very clear and concentrated bouquet of pineapples and weathered slate. Sweet yet piquant and elegant on the palate, this is a highly finessed and salty piquant picture book ice wine with lingering salinity and grip. This is super precise and perfectly balanced.
